Open Educational Resources (OER)
arXiv is a free distribution service and an open-access archive for 1,705,224 scholarly articles in the fields of physics, mathematics, computer science, quantitative biology, quantitative finance, statistics, electrical engineering and systems science, and economics.
National Libraries from the various countries in ASEAN hold a great wealth of library resources that span the spectrum of formats – books, papers and manuscripts, maps, photographs, paintings and drawings, audio and video recordings, ephemera, and newspapers.
BASE provides more than 240 million documents from more than 8,000 content providers. You can access the full texts of about 60% of the indexed documents for free (Open Access). BASE is operated by Bielefeld University Library.
BENTHAM Open publishes a number of peer-reviewed, open access journals. These free-to-view online journals cover all major disciplines of science, medicine, technology and social sciences.
